Screw conveyor is mainly used for conveying powdery, granular and small pieces of materials. It can be matched with other equipment for feeding, or it can be operated alone, but it is not suitable for conveying deteriorated, viscous and easily agglomerated materials. 1. This machine is a non-basic fixed type, which is connected by a drive motor, a reduction box, a casing tube, and a spiral body in sequence to form a whole.

2. The inlet and outlet openings can be made into the required inclination angle according to the working site conditions, and connected and fixed with other supporting equipment.

3. The machine adopts integrally connected blades rolled from a disc-shaped steel strip, with high helix surface accuracy, precise inner hole outer diameter helix pitch size, and good conveying conditions.

4. An induction device can be installed to automatically control the material level of the material box of the supporting equipment and improve the automation level.

5. External dimensions: specific according to engineering needs. In order to facilitate the cleaning of residual materials, it is designed: the screw can be reversed for discharge, the lower end of the material pipe is equipped with a gate for discharge, and the whole screw can be easily unloaded, loaded, cleaned without tools.
